Our residence maintains a drug- and alcohol-free living environment. Residents are expected to remain committed to their recovery and comply with our substance-use policies.

House Rules & Resident Expectations
These expectations help create a safe, structured, respectful and supportive environment for men committed to their recovery.
Curfew Requirements
Residents are expected to follow our established curfew schedule. Weekdays: 10:00 PM. Weekends: 12:00 AM (midnight).
Recovery Participation
Residents are encouraged and expected to actively participate in their personal recovery through appropriate recovery meetings, support groups, or other recovery-focused activities. Ongoing recovery participation, personal accountability and community support are important parts of maintaining long-term sobriety.
Drug & Alcohol Screening
Residents must comply with the residence's drug and alcohol screening policies, including random screenings when required.
Respect for Others
All residents must treat fellow residents, house management, neighbours and the surrounding community with dignity and respect. Threatening behaviour, violence, harassment and disruptive conduct are prohibited.
Cleanliness & Personal Responsibility
Residents are expected to maintain clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and shared living spaces. Everyone contributes to maintaining a comfortable and welcoming home.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is prohibited inside the residence. Residents must comply with all designated smoking policies.
Visitor Policy
Visitors and overnight guests are not permitted under our current house policies.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted, except where accommodations are required by applicable law.
Personal Accountability
Residents are expected to follow house policies, communicate respectfully with house management, and contribute positively to the recovery-focused living environment.
